●Push back rack makes use of space by combining high density storage with high speed access. Follow the principle of FILO (First In, Last Out).

●Total depth of rack should not be too deep and dense storage within 6 pallets deep.

●Single Cargo is generally less than 1500kg weight and the height of rack is less than 6m.

Push Back Racking System is ideal for warehouses that store a high volume of product, and has a limited number of pallets, and has a high volume of turnover. However, this system is not right for every warehouse, and it is always advisable to consult a pallet rack professional to help assess your needs and make recommendations as to which system will work best for your application.

It utilizes a system of nested carts that allow up to 5 pallets to be stored per pallet position. Pallets sit atop these carts, when a pallet is loaded, the pallet positioned at the pick face is pushed backward, along with any pallets that are behind it. The new pallet is then set on the cart that was nested below. Likewise, when a pallet is pulled from the pick face, the pallets behind it move forward one position.
