Warehouse Industrial Push back Pallet Rack is composed of pallet rack and combined with trolley and 3° guide rail. The pallets packing stored would be placed on trolleys, flowing with gravity when the front pallet is moved. Warehouse Industrial Push back Pallet Rack is a high density storage solution that uses heavy-duty carts to form 2 to 6- pallets-deep configurations, single pallet loading capacity is less than 1500kg. The pallets are arranged so that when storing pallets the First in Last out (FILO).

When the goods are stored, the forklift truck will put the goods on the top trolley. In the subsequent storage of goods, the original goods will be pushed inside and placed on the next trolley in turn. When the outermost goods are taken away, the goods inside are automatically slipped to the outside because of gravity and the press - in rack is suitable for a small quantity of goods. The forklift does not need to enter the racking. It reduces the collision probability and greatly improves the efficiency of the operation.

When the average number of pallets per product (SKU) exceeds five, a push back system is easily justified. The higher the number, the deeper the lane is feasible (usually 3 lanes per product minimum).

Warehouse Industrial Push back Pallet Rack can be configured to attain up to 100% more pallets stored than standard pallet racking and equal or greater increases over poorly occupied drive-in and on floor bulk stack storage configurations.
